Privacy policy

When you place an order on the website or create an account, we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address and order notes. We use this only to process, confirm (by phone) and deliver your order, and to provide customer support. We share it only with the delivery partner, as far as needed to deliver your order.

We do not collect card or bank details, because you pay in cash on delivery. Account passwords are stored by our ordering system and are not visible to our staff. Orders placed on Shopee follow Shopee's own privacy policy.

When you contact us via Zalo or phone for advice, the information you provide (name, phone number, skincare needs) is used only to advise you and for customer support, and is not shared with third parties.

The website may use traffic analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to improve the user experience. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

If you have questions about how your personal information is handled, please contact us via Zalo (https://zalo.me/0977125657) or call 0977 125 657.
