Where do I buy JLP Vietnam products?
You can order right here on the website: pick your products, add them to the cart and pay when they arrive. You can also buy from JLP Vietnam's official store on Shopee; every product page has a button that takes you straight there.
How do I order and pay?
Add products to your cart, then fill in your delivery details on the one-page checkout. You can order as a guest or create an account to see your orders and save addresses. You pay in cash on delivery (COD); the website does not take card or bank payments. After you order, you receive a confirmation email with your order number, and JLP Vietnam staff will call to confirm the order and delivery time before shipping. Still choosing? Can I get advice before buying?
Yes. Message us on Zalo or Messenger, or call 0977 125 657 (09:00–20:00, Monday to Sunday). We will help you pick products for your skin type and needs.
Where do I find prices and offers?
Current prices and offers are shown on each product page and in your cart. If you buy on Shopee, prices appear in JLP Vietnam's Shopee store.
Who is JLP Vietnam?
JLP Vietnam is part of Shuei Trading (Japan; founded in Tokyo in 1981, with an office in Vietnam since 2022), the authorized distributor in Vietnam of Japan Life Pharmaceutical (JLP, Tokyo, Japan) and Russell Organics (United States). Learn more on the About page.
How can I tell a product is authentic?
Order on this website or from JLP Vietnam's official store on Shopee. When your order arrives, compare the origin, volume and barcode on the packaging with the product page.
What does a product page tell me?
Each page lists the origin, volume, the full INCI ingredient table with the function of each ingredient, how to use, cautions, the barcode (JAN/EAN or UPC) and a link to the brand's official page.
What is the difference between JLP and Russell Organics?
JLP is a skincare brand from Japan with the Basic, Manier and Spiracorretta lines. Russell Organics comes from the United States; according to Russell Organics, its products are vegan and cruelty-free. Read more about the JLP brand and the Russell Organics brand.
What does the * in Russell Organics ingredient lists mean?
The * marks a certified-organic ingredient, as stated in Russell Organics' ingredient list. On the product page these ingredients also carry an "organic" tag.
Should I patch test a product first?
Yes. Every skin reacts differently, so try a small amount on a small area of skin before using it on your whole face. If you notice irritation, stop using it and consult a doctor.
In what order should I use products?
Each product has its own directions under "How to use" and "Cautions" on its product page; please read them before use. In general, you cleanse first, care for your skin next, and use sunscreen during the day. For suggestions by skin type, message us on Zalo.
How do I store products and where is the expiry date?
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, and close the lid tightly after use. The expiry date and batch code are printed on the packaging.
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
We deliver nationwide. Shipping costs 30,000₫ per order and is free when your product total is 500,000₫ or more. Before your order ships, JLP Vietnam staff will call you to confirm the order and delivery time. See Shipping & payment for details. For orders placed on Shopee, fees and delivery times are shown when you order there.
Which payment methods can I use?
Orders placed on the website are paid in cash on delivery (COD). The website does not currently accept card or bank payments. If you buy on Shopee, you choose from the payment methods Shopee supports at checkout.
How do returns and refunds work?
For orders placed on the website, please call 0977 125 657 or message us on Zalo with your order number and we will help you. For orders placed on Shopee, returns and refunds follow Shopee's policy.
How do I contact you about wholesale or becoming a reseller?

Where is the JLP Vietnam office and what are the opening hours?
Our office is at Phòng 910-911, tầng 9, Detech Tower II, 107 Nguyễn Phong Sắc, P. Dịch Vọng Hậu, Q. Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội. Opening hours: 09:00–20:00, Monday to Sunday.
