Shipping fee
JLP Vietnam delivers nationwide. Shipping is 30.000₫ per order; orders with a product total from 500.000₫ ship free. The fee is calculated automatically at checkout.
Payment
You pay in cash when your order arrives (COD). The website never asks for card or bank details.
Order confirmation
After you order, we email you a confirmation with your order number. JLP Vietnam staff will call the phone number you gave to confirm the order and delivery time before shipping.
Changes and cancellations
To change the address or quantity, or to cancel, please call our hotline or message us on Zalo as soon as possible with your order number.
Buying on Shopee
